Eduardo Briceño is a global keynote speaker and facilitator who guides many of the world’s leading companies in developing cultures of learning and high performance. He is the former CEO and Co-Founder of Mindset Works. His TED talks have been viewed more than nine million times. He is the author of The Performance Paradox: Turning the Power of Mindset into Action, which was selected as a Must-Read by the Next Big Idea Club and was shortlisted for the Thinkers50 Breakthrough Idea Award and for the BookPal Outstanding Works of Literature (OWL) Awards. He is a Pahara-Aspen Fellow, a member of the Aspen Institute’s Global Leadership Network, and an inductee in the Happiness Hall of Fame. He holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MBA and M.A. in education from Stanford.
