Author Bio
John I. Payne Jr. was born in Orlando, Florida on August 9, 1969. Adopted at birth, he went on to graduate from Jones High School before enlisting in the Army. While in the Army, John achieved a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters in Business Administration before retiring from the military with 20 years of honorable service. He is a husband of more than 20 years and a father of three children.
