For over 20 years, she has helped public and private sector organizations improve the impact and sustainable value of initiatives focused upon strategic change, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, coaching and career development, capacity building, and performance improvement. Holly is passionate about developing resilient learning and performance capabilities that create high engagement and performance. Formerly with Apple Computer, sample clients have included the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease, Chevron, and the National Security Agency (NSA).

A certified senior professional in Human Resources (SPHR), she has served as a volunteer item writer for the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) for over ten years and was a select contributor to its landmark anthology “The Rise of HR: Wisdom from 73 Thought Leaders” (2015). An accomplished talent builder, innovative change leader, recognized evaluation expert, and sought-after speaker, Holly is active in many professional associations, including serving as an elected member of the board of governors for Nonprofit Organizations & Executives. She earned her doctorate in human capital development.
