Helena Bouchez

For the past 10 years, Helena has worked with thought leaders turn their “big ideas” into books that work. Her mission is to help more good people bring more good books into the world, books that open doors and minds, and ultimately change lives.

Helena specializes in working with people who have a book in them but no time to sit down and write. She’s an experienced developmental editor and writing coach who can work effectively at every point of the book-writing continuum, whether it be helping you become a better writer or capturing your ideas verbally and translating them into writing that still sounds like—you.

Helena has studied directly with 25-year publishing industry veteran Shawn Coyne (Story Grid). She is also a product of Robert McKee's Storynomics business storytelling course and his life-changing four-day Story seminar. Helena holds a BA in art from the College of Fine, Performing, and Communication Arts at Wayne State University in Detroit and a certificate in business administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
