Dr Linnea Mills is a researcher and consultant on international development and good governance. She gained her PhD from the London School of Economics on the subject of corruption and has spent the past decade researching, thinking and writing for a variety of national and international organisations. Linnea grew up in Sweden and has lived and worked in a number of countries. She settled in England in 2006 and recently moved to rural Devon with her husband and three young children.
