Escaping the Chrysalis: Introduction to Gestalt Techniques for Self-Esteem Transformation
Escaping the Chrysalis: Introduction to Gestalt Techniques for Self-Esteem Transformation is the life manual you wish your parents had read! Based on Gestalt techniques, the book is designed to empower readers in all arenas of life. From enhanced communication skills to acute self-awareness, this book delivers on the promise of a more fulfilled life. The basis of all experience lies in one’s self-esteem level. Self-esteem impacts wealth, health, and over-all satisfaction. Escaping the Chrysalis uses the analogy of a butterfly, struggling to escape the confines of the chrysalis, but needing that struggle to build strength in order to ultimately fly. The metaphor is hard to miss. A great book that readers will return to often as it encourages, and provides real time solutions to all of life’s possible ills.
