Chocolatour: A Quest for the World's Best Chocolate
Book Description
The true purpose of Chocolatour is to educate, entertain, and entice people into exploring the world of chocolate–whether that be encouraging them to engage in chocolate-inspired travel, or simply to expand their knowledge of and interest in fine artisanal chocolate.
I am a big believer in the importance of creativity, and am inspired by the passion of the many chocolatiers and chocolate masters I have met since embarking on my research of the world of artisanal chocolate in 2009. Allow me introduce them and their chocolate creations to you. Please join me in this continuing journey as I explore the chocolate of the world.
Volume I of Chocolatour (published July 2013 and reprinted November 2013) focuses on the finest chocolatiers and chocolate makers of Europe and the UK. The book also contains a chapter on the cocoa-growing regions of Peru, Ecuador, and St. Lucia, a comprehensive chapter on the health benefits of chocolate, chocolate and wine pairings, world chocolate events, Chocolatour awards, and the A-Z Guide for Chocolate Lovers.
Volume II is currently being researched and will be published in 2016. This volume of Chocolatour will focus on the Americas and the Caribbean. Volume III is planned for 2018 and will focus on Asia, Africa, Australia/New Zealand, India, and the Middle East.
Chocolatour is published by Wizard of Words Productions of Matlock, Manitoba, Canada.

I live every day as though it might be my last.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much space.
Writing and living to travel.
A day without chocolate is a day without sunshine.
