I am a Human Resources Professional with over 15 years of experience. I specialize as an ADA Accommodations Expert and Facilitator to organizations and employers. In addition, I assist employees and applicants with health related issues and disabilities in understanding the ADA and the job accommodation process.  My goal is to support a safe and productive workplace for all parties.

I have my undergraduate degree in business from Texas Tech University and my graduate degree in conflict management and dfrom Southern Methodist University (SMU).

My Certifications include:

1. Americans with disabilities Act Coordinator (ADAC) through the ADA Certification Training Program at University of Missouri College and and the Great Plains ADA Center.

2. Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)

3. Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR) through Human Resources Certificate Institute (HRCI)
