Author bio:Born in 1965, and incapacitated for years with low self-esteem and a lack of self confidence, my recovery from a life-changing medical issue made me realize just how powerful the human mind is. It changed me completely.
In a few short years following this experience, I went from someone who wouldn’t even sing ‘Happy Birthday’ to his Children, in case I was judged by them, to a person who began and continues to run two successful businesses, I have made presentations and provided live training events to rooms full of people, I was a lecturer at a college for seven years and then spent four years training CEO’s, Managing Directors, etc. of multi-national companies.
Over the last 25 years, my main focus has been in two areas: helping people build their Confidence and Self-Esteem and/or helping people destroy their Social Anxiety gremlins.
Everyone is inherantly confident, most people just don’t realise they already have the tools to bring it out. My goal is to change that.
