Cornelia Gamlem is passionate about helping organizations develop and maintain respectful workplaces. For that reason, she took her HR expertise, gained working for a Fortune 500 IT services company, and founded the Gems Group, a management consulting firm offering clients solutions to employee relations, workplace diversity and related HR and business issues. She founded the Gems Group, a management consulting firm for just that reason – to offer HR and business solutions to a wide variety of organizations. Prior to her consulting career, she served in a senior HR leadership role with a Fortune 500 IT services company with a global presence. She likes to say that she’s been in HR since “God was a girl.”

Cornelia’s been active with national employers' groups focused on issues of equal employment opportunity, affirmative action and workplace diversity. She currently lives and writes in Albuquerque, NM
