Mary L. Flett, PhD is an author who used to be a psychologist. In addition to writing, she is a nationally-recognized speaker and has led seminars on aging across the country. In this first book in her series, Aging with Finesse, she shares her insights and wisdom gleaned from over 30 years of working with elders as a psychologist, and a lifetime of mentoring by older friends and relatives. She is the Executive Director of the Center for Aging and Values and, in her spare time, runs Five Pillars of Aging offering online and in-person seminars on aging well and aging better.
