Momentum: What it Takes to Get Moving and Stay Moving When Failure is Not an Option
This book is specifically for women whose goal is to leave the 9-to-5 and never return. Part coaching, part memoir, this real world look into Cristen’s transition helps working women without the luxury of a safety net develop the skills and fortitude necessary to be financially and emotionally free.

Scheduled for release in early 2017.

An avid mountain biker, rock climber, hiker, and snowshoer, Cristen is a lover of all things out of doors.
