100 Disciplines to Higher Consciousness
100 Disciplines To Higher Consciousness is a timeless non-fiction book with its roots deep in spirituality and metaphysical studies. Comparable to bestselling titles such as Eckhart Tolle’s “The Power of Now” and Rick Warren’s “The Purpose Driven Life”—100 Disciplines to Higher Consciousness delivers the next level of spiritual teachings by taking “lofty concepts” and grounding them for reader’s practical use in everyday life. Poetic and deeply stirring, this book engages both heart and mind and “ties them” uniquely together in the reading experience. Simply put, 100 Disciplines to Higher Consciousness is a clever road map to self-mastery.

In independent studies, the book has been referred to as “…one of the finest spiritual books ever written!” “…easy to relate to and comprehend while the suggestions and insights are practical and easy to apply…” “…A blessing indeed which spurs one to further examination, introspection, determination and inspiration…” “…It is insightful, it is pure consciousness, it is deep, it is truth, and it is light” “…it is one of the most magnificent books I have ever read…” “…This book is not only a compilation of information; it is a work of art for the soul, spirit and inner compass…” By the end of chapter one, readers are hungry for more—as 100 Disciplines to Higher Consciousness gifts the reader with boundless hope and possibility—through the teaching of Universal Principles from Acceptance to Zen (A to Z).

The Master Key System

Our deepest fear is not that we are in inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented or fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God and your playing small does not serve the world. There is noting enlightening about shrinking so that other people wont feel insecure around you. We were all meant to shine as children do. It’s not just in some of us, it’s in all of us. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fears, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
