Tamaryn Johnson

Tam Johnson was born in South Africa and moved to the UK at the age of 16. She met her husband less than a year later and they have 3 teenage kids. Tam has always wanted to be of service to humanity, first studying to become a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, then moving on to the world of personal development and spirituality with her blog coloursofyourtruth.com. Later on she became certified in Reiki 1 & 2. She is in the process of seeking publication for her first non-fiction book 'EGO: Shut Your Brain Up, Manifest the Stubborn Shit, and Find Lasting Joy & Peace (for REALS)'

At the end of 2018, her whole family moved from Kent, England, to the Cambrian Mountains in Wales, where they run their organically operated garden nursery business and live completely off the grid. Tam spends a lot of the cold months huddled in her log cabin office tapping away at the computer with the dog sleeping at her feet.
