Katya Miller has authored historical articles about the Statue of Freedom atop the US Capitol Dome, published in the US Capitol Historical Society’s beautiful magazine, “The Capitol Dome.“ With a Fellowship from the Architect of the Capitol and USCHS, she is writing the book Lady Freedom: Heart of the Nation, as well as a children’s book about this icon of Who’s That Lady on the Capitol Dome?
