One Tortured Will
One Tortured Will is a memoir. The story of one man’s journey in coming to terms with his homosexuality and how it has affected his faith. The narrative arc of the memoir will detail the ups and downs of the author’s life most notably the downward spiral that culminated in a suicide attempt in January of 2009.

Originally from Huntington, WV, moved to Orlando, FL in February of 2003. I have a Diploma Degree in Acounting from West Virginia Career College at Huntington in April of 1982. I am a graduate of the Long Ridge Writers Group. I am presently a Records Clerk with the law firm of Lowndes Drosdick Doster Kantor & Reed here in Orlando, a position I have held since July of 2008.

My writing coach is Linda Joy Myers, a PhD in Psychology and President of the National Association of Memoir Writers. She is also the author of the memoir, Don’t Call Me Mother.

My memoir is close to 3/4 completed, with a goal of my completed manuscript by the fall of 2015.
