I’ve had an extremely varied background, from earning a master’s degree in economics to buying fuel for power plants – from homeschooling my children to playing harp for Alzheimer’s patients. But to be honest, I have no professional background in nutrition, exercise, or any related field.

I’m working on that now, taking online courses on the challenges of obesity and health. But more importantly, I’m living through the problems we face maintaining weight loss. Let’s learn together and find success where so many fail.
