Carol Rusaw
I have over 30 years’ experience teaching adults, managing educational programs, and consulting with public, private, and nonprofit organizations. The courses include management, supervisory, and executive development programs, organizational change and consultation, creative problem solving, and interpersonal and organizational communications. At the university level, I taught organizational behavior, organizational theory, leadership, educational policy, diversity in education, adult education theory, human resource development, small group development, and qualitative research. I have published over 20 refereed journal articles and national and international conference proceedings in management, organizational development, women in management, and adult education and human resource development, two books, and three book chapters.

In my leisure time, I write nonfiction articles and also do original oil paintings of landscapes and seascapes. My paintings have been exhibited in galleries in Texas and Hawaii and have won awards of distinction. I also am a certified coach and enjoy helping people develop new perspectives on themselves, their relationships, their careers, and issues they are facing.
