On the Road in '68: A year of turmoil, a journey of friendship
Book Description
Tom describes his 6-months travel adventure to 27 countries during what is regarded as the most tumultous year of the last half-century. Four decades later he looks back at the places he visited, such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Egypt, Spain, Paris, Belfast, and the friends he was able to make as a low-budget traveler. Many of those friends tell their own stories about what they were up to, some fellow wanderers and others warm hosts.
