Knowing and using the right keywords for a Google search of media resources can be highly effective. For example, if you want to reach media in your old hometown, you can search Google for “newspaper Indianapolis,” “news Indianapolis,” “radio Indianapolis,” etc. You can also search for terms like “list of weekly newspapers.” Smaller publications like hometown magazines and newspapers are great sources for getting coverage.
