Betsy Kay Ridgway, M.S. Graduating with an M.S. in Counseling, she and her husband later adopted two special needs brothers, and then Brent as an adult. She worked as an Educational Therapist and Special Needs Education Advocate. Her unique background and experiences have been woven together to create this exciting, true story. Stephen Shapiro started his innovation journey when he founded and led a 20,000-person innovation practice during his fifteen-year tenure at Accenture. He is the author of six books on innovation. He has presented to audiences in 50 countries and is a member of the Speaker Hall of Fame. Read about his book, Invisible Solutions.
Deb Brown Maher has been helping salespeople connect with their ideal customers for 30+ years. She’s held every type of sales position including VP Sales. An expert communicator, Deb has a track-record of helping people overcome obstacles to sales success so they can simultaneously serve others and fulfill their financial goals. Steve Friedman retired in 2018, ready to rejuvenate his passion for introspective writing which spawned In Search of Courage and other nonfiction projects. Friedman enjoys running, reading, and family time. Friedman met his love, Jennifer, in Houston. Together, they have raised three amazing children, Gwendolyn, Madolyn, and Noah. Judy Bebelaar taught in Sam Francisco public schools for 37 years. Her award-winning poetry has been published widely in magazines and anthologies and in a chapbook, Walking Across the Pacific. And Then They Were Gone: Teenagers of Peoples Temple from High School to Jonestown written with Ron Cabral, is non-fiction.
