What services do you offer?

Business Executive services and Author Assistant services.

Who are your ideal clients?

My ideal clients are clients that have identified their goals, identified the areas that they need assistance with, and a client that partners with me so that they can save time and overhead costs while focusing on their priorities.

How did you get started in your business?

Virtually Assist U was founded in 2008 after I got laid off from a C-Level Executive Administrative Assistant position. I’ve always had a passion for business management. So it was ideal when I found out that I could do the work that I love virtually from my home office.

What are some common issues you help your clients with?

I help businesses scale by managing their administrative business needs such as setting up CRM systems, project management, expense management, complex scheduling, travel, social media marketing, event planning, and more. I also offer consultation services for setting up virtual offices or assisting in transitioning from a traditional office to a virtual office.

Other services that I provide are Author Assistant services which include book marketing, pitching authors for media appearances or podcasts, speaker assistance, building email lists, Amazon optimization, and audio book set up.

Can you recommend any books or resources to other members?

Atomic Habits by James Clear – It’s an awesome book about how to make habits work for you so that you can accomplish more.

Can you offer one “pro tip” to our members?

Learn everything you can about your niche. Read books, listen to podcasts, watch YouTube, do the research, and be willing to share what you learn.

What do you enjoy most about what you do?

I enjoy having work life balance. I work hard but I am in control of my schedule and there’s nothing better than that!

What’s next for you?

Continuing to partner with entrepreneurs, authors, and small business owners and handle the administrative side so that they can focus on what they do best. I also plan to write a book about what it means to partner with a Business Executive.
