About Cristen Iris
Cristen Iris is a results-oriented developmental editor, book collaborator, and ghostwriter who works with ambitious clients, literary agents, and traditional and indie publishers to produce high-quality books that shape the way readers think about the world around them and their place in it.
Her clients include award-winning authors, a GRAMMY Award-winning musician, a former record-holder for the title of the youngest person to run a marathon on all seven continents, and a debut novelist with a six-figure world-right book deal.
Cristen is particularly drawn to high-concept nonfiction and literary memoir.
When she’s not writing or editing for clients, she prefers to be in the woods where no one can find her, climbing rocks, and looking for bears (something her mother finds disquieting) or writing creative nonfiction essays to submit to her favorite literary magazines (something her mother finds somewhat less alarming).
