About Jonathan Kirsch

Jonathan Kirsch is a publishing and intellectual property attorney based in Los Angeles, an expert witness on publishing industry matters, an Adjunct Professor on the Faculty of New York University’s Professional Publishing Institute, general counsel of the Independent Book Publishers Association,  and a writer, lecturer and consultant on publishing matters. He is also the author of 13 books of history and biography and a longtime book reviewer for the Los Angeles Times, the Washington Post, and other publications.
