I am a Canadian of Scottish decent, the author of this non-fiction, war-time biographical memoir about ‘Marjorie’, a Scottish woman who took 10 children from Glasgow to Cape Town in 1940. She then established a home for what was eventually 18 children under the age of 10. They lived an idyllic life with her until 1947.
Since I cannot travel until Covid is over, I need to market my book in Canada (where I expect minimal interest) and in the UK, England and Scotland, as well as South Africa. I am “media-phobic” (ignorant) and will need to rely in my adult media-savvy children for help.
Any advice?
