The Place of Us
Book Description
A memoir based on the pivotal moments in our life with our son who had cerebral palsy and who died unexpectedly at the age of twenty-three. While it's driven by our trek into the precariously wonderful world of special needs, moreover, it's a book about spirituality of the intuitive nature, a recognition of parenthood and a general celebration for being unapologetically human. And what we as humans do, when that very life surprises us.
